This study aims to: (1) describe the adequacy or availability of educators at Paedagogia Maospati special schools, so that there can be identified shortcomings or needs of educators at the school and (2) describe the teacher's performance at Paedagogia Maospati special school, so that it can be seen the teacher's performance in the school.
